You send photos of your skin concern from your phone, and a BIG-registered dermatologist (listed in the Dutch government register of medical specialists) gives you a diagnosis and treatment plan within 12 to 48 hours, where the average wait for a dermatologist is around five weeks. Consultations are in English or Dutch, from €39, and they do not count towards your Dutch deductible (eigen risico).
