A consult costs €39, €59 or €79, depending on how fast you want your answer (within 48 hours, 24 hours or 12 hours). The assessment is equally careful at every speed and everything is included: diagnosis, treatment plan and a prescription if needed. No hidden costs.

You pay for your consult directly online. Dutch basic insurance does not cover it, but it does not count toward the Dutch deductible (eigen risico) either. Do you have international or supplementary coverage? Then you may be able to reclaim (part of) the cost. Check with your insurer. Your invoice is in the app, ready to submit.

Yes. When your treatment requires medication, your dermatologist arranges the prescription directly from the app, at no extra cost. You choose: delivered to your home for free via our partner pharmacy, or picked up at your own pharmacy. The medication itself is covered by your health insurance, under the same conditions as a prescription from your GP or the hospital. Off-label medication you pay for yourself, that applies to every prescriber.

Yes. Your treatment plan is complete and answers your concern. If you want to ask extra questions afterwards or have something explained in more detail, you continue chatting with your dermatologist for €29. That extra time, just like in the consulting room, is part of the care. You only pay for it if you want it. You can add chat with your consult right away, or later.
