Most patients receive an answer well within the selected timeframe, often within a few hours. And if our answer is ever late, your consult is free.
What's in every consult?
Everything. The only difference between the three speeds is the response time.
Extra questions or a little more explanation after your treatment plan? Chatting with your dermatologist is available as a €29 add-on. You can add it with your consult right away, or later. Your treatment plan is complete without it.

- A prescription if needed, to use at your own pharmacy. If you live in the Netherlands, you can also choose free home delivery via our partner pharmacy.
- Care is also available in the evenings, at weekends and on public holidays.
Is a consult reimbursed?
You pay for your consult directly online, no referral needed and no impact on the Dutch deductible. With international or supplementary coverage you may be able to reclaim (part of) the cost; you always receive an invoice you can submit.
