Who sees my photos?

Only your own dermatologist. Your photos are encrypted, stored in accordance with the GDPR and never shared or used for any other purpose.

Do I need a referral from my GP?

No. You can start a consultation directly: no GP visit, no waiting list.

What if my photos aren't enough?

Your dermatologist may ask additional questions in the chat. If an in-person examination is needed, we will explain the next step and refer you promptly. We work with DC Klinieken, which has locations across the Netherlands, and with other clinics and hospitals. Any follow-up care is handled through your Dutch health insurance.

Is a prescription included?

When your treatment requires one, your dermatologist arranges the prescription directly from the app, to use at your own pharmacy. If you live in the Netherlands, you can also choose free home delivery via our partner pharmacy.

Can I ask questions afterwards?

Questions during your consultation are handled in the chat and are included. If you want to ask additional questions after receiving your treatment plan, you can add the chat option for €29, either straight away or later.
