Who sees my photos?

Only your own dermatologist. Photos are encrypted, stored GDPR-compliant and never shared or used for anything else.

Do I need a referral from my GP?

No. You can start a consult directly: no GP visit, no waiting list.

What if my photos aren't enough?

Your dermatologist asks extra questions in the chat. If an in-person examination is needed, we refer you quickly. We keep short lines with clinics and hospitals. That follow-up care runs through your Dutch health insurance.

Is a prescription included?

When your treatment requires one, your dermatologist arranges the prescription directly from the app. You choose: delivered to your home for free via our partner pharmacy, or picked up at your own pharmacy.

Can I ask questions afterwards?

Questions during your consult go through the chat, that is part of it. If you want to ask extra questions yourself after your treatment plan, you add chat for €29, right away or later.
