247dermatologist is a WTZA-licensed care provider under the supervision of the Dutch Health and Youth Care Inspectorate (IGJ). Consultations are privately funded, outside the insured system. That is why no referral letter is needed.
You pay for your consult directly online. Dutch basic insurance does not cover it, but it does not count toward the Dutch deductible (eigen risico) either. Do you have international or supplementary coverage? Then you may be able to reclaim (part of) the cost. Check with your insurer. Your invoice is in the app, ready to submit.
