You can delete your 247dermatologist account at any time. This page explains how it works and what happens to your data.
Delete your account
- Open the 247dermatologist app and log in.
- Go to Settings.
- Choose Delete account and follow the steps.
This button works on a phone with the 247dermatologist app installed.
No longer have access to the app? Email your deletion request from your account email address to privacy@247dermatologist.com. We will confirm the processing by email.
What is deleted and what do we keep?
When you delete your account, your account and profile data are deleted. Medical records of completed consultations fall under the Dutch statutory retention obligation for medical data and are kept for 20 years. After that period they are destroyed.
